In 1990, he created the <em>Rock-D\u00e9tente<\/em> concept for T\u00e9l\u00e9m\u00e9dia and directed the Cit\u00e9 Rock D\u00e9tente programs. In 1993 he was recruited by the Lagard\u00e8re Group in Paris as Director of Programs and Communications for Radio Europe 2 and its 190 stations in France. In 1984, Pierre Lalande founded Cin\u00e9lande, a commercial video production house.
